Your rental of Indian Gardens Park includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We have found this to be the easiest and least stressful arrangment, with ample time for setup, event, and cleanup. All rates below are for 100 person occupancy, add $250 for up to 125 persons.

  • Weekend Package (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) = $3500
  • Weekdays (Mon-Thurs) for non-profit or community organizations, please contact us for rates.
  • No weekday rental available for large parties or weddings.

One half of the rental fee is required to reserve your date and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your date. A full refund will be made if cancellation is received 45 days prior to the reserved date. Any cancellations made within 45 days of the event, will not be eligible for deposit refund.

When renting the park, you and your guests have exclusive access to the park and adjacent parking lot for the entire day of the event. If you wish to use the park prior to 10am, please let us know in advance so that we may accommodate you.


We have a covered dining area with fourteen 8' tables and 85 folding brown chairs. There is a small kitchen at one end of the dining area that features a stainless steel covered serving and preparation table, a large reach-in cooler, and two charcoal grills. You are to furnish all food and beverages, whether you wish to prepare your own food or hire a caterer. There are a number of wonderful caterers in the area.


There is a bar area overlooking Oak Creek with galvanized steel buckets for icing down soft drinks and beer. You may wish to hire a bartender, or have guests serve themselves, but the sale of alcoholic beverages is not allowed. Beer (bottled and in kegs), wine, liquor, mixers, and ice is available at the Indian Gardens Oak Creek Market directly across the highway.

Park Capacity

Normal capacity of the park is 100 people, in agreement with our neighbors and the county. The absolute top capacity is 125 people. This can be accomplished by adding additional tables and chairs. We require an additional fee of $200 for increasing the limit to 125 people. If desired, this should be added to the final payment due 30 days before your reserved date.


We have an adjoining parking lot that can accommodate around 30 cars. We ask that you make every effort to carpool and reduce the overall amount of vehicles. The parking lot will be roped off to keep non-guests from using it during the day of the event. Make sure that your guests know that they are welcome to use the parking lot, but to keep the ropes up after entering and exiting the lot.

Garbage and Recycling

Please put all the trash in the garbage cans and recycling bins where appropriate. Indian Gardens Park is committed to minimal waste and the preservation of our environment. We are located directly above beautiful Oak Creek and it is important that litter not make its way into our stream.

Closing Time

Amplified music must be turned off by 9:30pm and lights should be turned off at 10:30pm. We are surrounded by a residential neighborhood, and we ask that you respect our neighbors by following these time guidelines.
