Rental
The following rates are for an all-day rental of the Indian Gardens Park. One half of the rental fee is required to reserve your date and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your date. A full refund will be made if cancellation is received 45 days prior to the reserved date.
- Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) = $1200
- Weekdays (Monday - Friday) = $1000
- Weekdays (Less than 50 guests) = $500
Guidelines
The tables and chairs will be set up for your use prior to your arrival. There will be fifty chairs set up on each side of the bridal path to enter the ceremonial area. Appropriate wedding music may be played by your band or DJ. In the dining area, 100 chairs and tables will be set up under a covered roof. A head table may be set up for two people (the Bride and Groom), or four people (including the Best Man and Maid of Honor).
Dining
You are to furnish the food and beverages in the kitchen. There are stainless steel covered serving and preparation tables, a large reach-in cooler, and two charcoal grills. You may wish to prepare your own food or hire a caterer. There are a number of caterers in the area.
Beverages
There is a bar area with a large refrigerator for icing down soft drinks and beer, and two fifteen gallon coolers. One is marked "spring water" (the water is from a spring in the park), the other cooler is marked "lemonade". If you wish to use the lemonade container, bring powdered lemonade for 15 gallons and cups for both drinks. Ice is available at the store across the highway.
Park Capacity
Normal capacity of the park is 100 people in agreement with our neighbors and the county. The absolute top capacity is 125 people. This can be accomplished by adding additional tables and chairs. The additional cost for increasing to 125 people is $150. If desired, this should be added to the final payment due 30 days before your reserved date.
Closing Time
Music should be turned off by 9:30pm and lights should be turned off at 11pm.
Etcetera
Please put all the trash in the garbage cans and recycling bins where appropriate. Indian Gardens Park is committed to minimal waste and the preservation of our environment.
